In June 2008 The=Equation has to end 5 years of
having our own studio facility / venue.
This is a compilation of video clips taken in 2003
from the end of the old rehearsal space in S. Wlmsbg Brooklyn, to the first days in the new Gnpt space,
which soon becomes the AMPATRON venue and
recording studio.
Footage includes first day in the new room (shows a window & skylight that eventually had to get covered up for sound proofing), an early rehearsal in the empty room with then sometimes member “violent” Mike Q, setting up Ampatron & the first light tests, as well as the first song of the first set of the first Ampatron show in
Sept 2003.
